Many people want to know what they can eat on the asap diet. Here it is in plain English. It’s not complicated. All you have to do is follow this easy menu.  Print it here asap diet menu

DAYS 1-3 – Eat anything you want. Eat all the things your going to miss while on the diet.  Try not to make yourself miserable by over stuffing yourself, but you should enjoy yourself. You do this while taking your drops three times a day.

STARTING ON THE 4TH DAY- After you have got all your cravings out of the way the first three days then you want to start the low-calorie diet. You continue to take your asap drops three times a day. Make sure you are taking them right (see how to administer asap diet drops in the recent articles).  You will continue this part of the diet today 26 or 43 depending on if you are doing the 3 week or 6 week plan. Remember one bottle is good for 3 weeks two bottles is good for 6 weeks.

breakfast  Herbal Tea, Black Tea, or you can drink coffee. Drink as much as you would like but DO NOT ADD CREAM OR SUGAR.

lunch 1 protein, 1 fruit, 1 vegetable, 1 bread

dinner 1 protein, 1 fruit, 1 vegetable, 1 bread

Protein choices are Lean Beef, Chicken Breast, Fresh White Fish, Shrimp, Vegal, Lobster, or Crab.    This should be in the amount of 100 grams or 3 ounces cooked. Occasionally you can substitute one whole egg with 3 egg whites + one half cup fat-free cottage cheese.

Fruit Choices are- 1 apple, 1 orange, half grapefruit, or handful of strawberries.

vegetable choices are- You can eat Radishes, Cucumbers, Celery, Fennel, Cabbage, Tomato, Spinach, Lettuce, Onions, Asparagus, Beet, Greens, or Chard. Size is about a handful.

Bread choices are- 1 Melba toast, or 1 Grissini breadstick.

Keep in mind the drops will curb your cravings, and burn that adipose fat tissue that you do not want in your body. You only have to do the diet for 3 weeks or six weeks.  That is a very short amount of time considering what you will be getting in return.
